We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic B2B Sales Professional to join our team.  As a Sales Professional for Conscious Networks, you will have the opportunity to advance your career, gain financial freedom, and experience learning and growth opportunities with a flexible schedule.  The right candidate will be adept at generating new business leads through online platforms like Linkedin and diligent prospecting.  You will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients through a consultative process, to solve their technology challenges and achieve sales goals.  Ideally, you’ll also be able to share your past performance.   Your success and income potential are unlimited because we believe that a strong, motivated producer can earn well beyond $150k/year and we will never cap your income!  Instead, we provide you with well-defined targets and a bonus structure so you can create the career path and income you desire.  If you are self-motivated, have time management and networking skills, and proficiency hunting down new prospects and opportunities, you’ll do very well!  Social media proficiency is a must since Linkedin is one of the major platforms we utilize. Basic Responsibilities:

  • Generate prospects and new business leads through various channels including cold-calling, networking, social media platforms, and referrals
  • Provide a solutions-based approach to sales
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
  • Work closely with technical team to develop customized solutions to meet clients’ needs
  • Achieve sales targets and exceed quotas
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM system
  • Attend industry events and conferences to promote our MSP services
  • Continuously learn about new products and services offered by the company
  • Collaborate with marketing team to develop sales collateral and campaigns


  • 1-3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the IT or technology industry
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or comparable B2B sales experience
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding quotas

Other Skillsets

  • Adept at using social media platforms to develop new leads and prospects, especially Linkedin
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Remote opportunity with travel in Mid-Atlantic area for networking events

We offer a base salary plus commission package that allows you to easily make $100k+.  If you can produce on a consisitent basis, your income is unlimited, with health insurance and retirement benefits.
