We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic B2B Sales Representative to join our team. Basic Responsibilities:
- Generate new business leads through various channels including cold-calling, networking, social media platforms, and referrals
- Provide a solutions-based approach to sales
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
- Work closely with technical team to develop customized solutions to meet clients’ needs
- Achieve sales targets and exceed quotas
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM system
- Attend industry events and conferences to promote our MSP services
- Continuously learn about new products and services offered by the company
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop sales collateral and campaigns
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or comparable B2B sales experience
- 1-3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the IT or technology industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding quotas
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Adept at using social media platforms to develop new leads and set appointments
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Willingness to travel as required
